CS sees Q2 PCE tracking +2.9% after the retail sales data.

"April leaned much more heavily towards spending on non-discretionary items, especially the 2.7% rise in gasoline station sales, and the 1.2% rise in food and beverage spending (we can assume that a large chunk of this is price-related). Discretionary spending was a more lukewarm +0.1% on the month.
