Upgrades and downgrades of Dow Jones Industrial components before the market open:

Alcoa (AA) was initiated with a Neutral at Nomura.

Boeing (BA) was initiated with a Buy and a target price of $90 at Maxim Group.

Travelers (TRV) was downgraded to Equal Weight from Overweight at Morgan Stanley.

Before the bell: S&P futures -0.3%, Nasdaq futures -0.2%

European session: the dollar gained
