Upgrades and downgrades of Dow Jones Industrial components before the market open:

Caterpillar (CAT) was downgraded to Market Perform from Outperform at Wells Fargo.

Before the bell: S&P futures +1.25%, Nasdaq futures +1.25%

EURO-DOLLAR: Onward and upward, vaults $1.2300 now and making a beeline for the tech resistance at $1.2320/25 area July 19 high that is widely discussed.
