EURUSD rises on speculation the European Central Bank will add further stimulus measures

Eurozone' preliminary consumer price index fell to an annual rate of 0.3% in November from 0.4% in October, in line with expectations. This figure is a reason for speculation that the European Central Bank will add further stimulus measures.
