USDJPY rises as cut of Japan's rating to A1 from AA3 still weighed on yen

The yen declines against the greenback on yesterday's cut of Japan's rating. Moody's cuts Japan's rating to A1 from AA3.

U.S. construction spending rose 1.1% in October
