Company News: Citigroup (C) reports than expected EPS but revenue was worse than consensus

Company reports Q1 earnings of $1.52 per share versus $1.40 consensus. Revenues fell 2.3% year/year to $19.74 bln versus $19.82 bln consensus.

C gained to $54.00 (+1.48%) on the premarket.

Standard & Poor's (S&P) lowered Greece's credit rating to 'CCC+' from 'B-'
