Company News: 3M (MMM) missed expectation

Company reports Q1 earnings of $1.85 per share versus $1.93 consensus. Revenues fell 3.2% year/year to $7.58 bln versus $7.83 bln consensus.

MMM fell to $159.54 (-3.12%) on the premarket.
