Oil little changed in early trading

This morning, the New York futures for Brent have fallen 0.16% to $ 49.64 and WTI decreased 0.04% to $ 50.47 per barrel. Traders say that the market fluctuations is limited, given the uncertainty about production cuts by OPEC members and Russia.
