Kremlin: Talks will be held in Turkey this week but unlikely to begin today

Following the comments from the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, the Kremlin came out with a statement, noting that the proposed Russia-Ukraine one-on-one peace talks will be held in Turkey this week but they are unlikely to begin on Monday.
