See 2011 deficit-to-GDP ratio of 4.7 pct, vs. 4.1% target;
2010 provisional deficit-to-GDP ratio 4.8 pct;
Reaction of bond markets last week was very strange;
Belgian debt to GDP ratio 97.6 pct in 2010;
Belgian debt-to-GDP ratio at 99.8 pct in 2011.
