Foreign trade developed dynamically in November 2017. Within a year, exports rose by 9.5 per cent on a working day adjusted basis, while imports even grew by 16.4 per cent. Higher prices of goods played an important role here: real exports rose by 4.4 percent and imports by 6.8 percent. The trade balance closed with a surplus of 2.7 billion francs.
