Company News: NVIDIA (NVDA) quarterly results beat analysts’ forecasts
NVIDIA (NVDA) reported Q2 FY 2019 earnings of $1.24 per share (versus $1.94 in Q2 FY 2018), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $1.15.
The company’s quarterly revenues amounted to $2.579 bln (-17.4% y/y), beating analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.551 bln.
The company also issued downside guidance for Q3 FY 2019, projecting revenues of $2.842-2.958 bln versus analysts’ consensus estimate of $2.98 bln.
NVDA rose to $157.80 (+6.07%) in pre-market trading.
