U.S. stock-index futures traded declined on Friday, as a stall in talks on a new fiscal stimulus package between Democrats and Republicans overshadowed reports that the FDA panel recommended the approval of Pfizer (PFE)/BioNTech’s (BNTX) COVID-19 vaccine for emergency use.
