U.S. stock-index futures fell slightly on Tuesday as investors took a breather after the three major indexes set another round of record highs on Monday. The further decline, however, was limited by expectations of massive stimulus in the U.S., which increased amid signs that President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats were pushing forward with a $1.9 trillion relief package.
