Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Chairman Powell said that the rate hike confirms that the economy is in excellent shape. Most DOW components recorded a decline (17 out of 30). Outsider were the shares of Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ, -2.72%). The leader of growth was the shares of The Walt Disney Company (DIS, + 1.84%).
