Good attitude presents the German market where the DAX gained 0.5 percent, worse on this background is the situation on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, where the WIG20 circulates slightly above Friday's closing. Due to the holiday in the US afternoon also not going to be interesting.

The US stock indexes recorded at the close on Friday new historical records. Top fared sector of basic goods. The highlight of the day on the stock market was the disclosure of the takeover proposal Unilever by the US group Kraft Heinz. Unilever rejected the offer. Kraft hopes to further negotiations. On Monday, the stock exchange on Wall Street will be closed due to the celebrated in the US President's Day.
Higher trading futures on the US indices and the large rise in Asia will support the start of trading in Euroland. In addition, we see a slight improvement in the climate of oil and copper valuation.
On the Warsaw market, there were press reports allegedly PKN Orlen had to be involved in co-financing the mergers of mining PGG of KHW. There is given the amount of PLN 400 million, which shareholders of the company should not particularly appeal to.
European stocks ended slightly higher Friday, as big gains for Unilever PLC and Essentra PLC helped offset drops by Dutch storage company Royal Vopak NV and German insurer Allianz SE. Analysts have been sounding upbeat about European equities after the Stoxx 600 logged its highest close since December 2015 on Wednesday.
All three major stock indexes closed at records on Friday with the Dow Jones Industrial Average eking out gains to extend its record-setting streak to a seventh session. With the exception of the Nasdaq Composite, the stock market had languished in negative territory most of the day but recouped losses toward the closing bell.
Equity markets in Japan and Australia started the week slightly lower, while yields on sovereign bonds fell in Asia trading Monday. In Hong Kong and China, however, markets started the day trading higher. Analysts don't expect market participants in the region to have a lot of trading cues today.
