Major US stock indexes finished trading in positive territory
Major US stock indexes have risen significantly due to the rally in shares of the technical sector, which made it possible to outweigh the fall in stocks of financial companies after the Fed decided not to raise interest rates this year.
The driving force behind the growth of the technology segment was Apple (AAPL) and chip manufacturers. Almost all sectors of the S & P recorded an increase. The greatest growth was shown by the consumer goods sector (+ 1.5%). Only the financial sector declined (-0.1%).
